  Most of ours have a 20% completion rate. Curious if anyone's cracked a format that people stick with instead of abandoning after module two.

• Manager training in 20-minute chunks beat the half-day workshop

  Replaced an annual half-day manager training with monthly 20-minute sessions on one skill at a time. Attendance and actual behavior change both went up — people retain one thing better than ten things.
